Our products are backed by our Happiness Guarantee so if you aren't 100% pleased with our products, we will refund your original form of payment.
We just ask you give us the courtesy of letting us know why you were unhappy so we can refine things in the future.
Refunds must be requested via email within 30 days of receipt of your order. Baublerella will issue a return label and once we receive your return shipment, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Unfortunately we cannot refund the original shipping charges. To issue a return, please email support@baublerella.com.
